10/30/2008 · Food for thought, before automatically saying GS, consider that an N F-4 can make substantially more money than a GS-7. To better quantify this, consider that the top of the GS-13 scale is thousands less than the top of the NF-4 scale. For starters though, the pay range for a GS-7 is currently $32K-$42K.
